How does truck dispatching work?
We act as your back office. We find loads matching your truck and lanes, negotiate the highest possible rate, send the rate confirmation, and handle the paperwork. You drive, we handle the rest.
How do I get started with Trust Lane Dispatch?
Call or fill out our contact form. (2) Send us your MC authority, W9, COI, and noticed of assignment for factoring. (3) Sign our simple dispatch agreement. We’ll have you under a load within 24 hours.
Do I need my own MC/DOT authority?
Yes — to work with us as an owner-operator you need your own MC/DOT authority. If you don’t have one yet, we can point you to trusted partners who help with the application process.
How long does it take to get my first load?
Most drivers are booked on a load within 24 hours of signing the dispatch agreement. We can often have you loaded the same day in busy markets.
How can I book a ride?
Our plans start at 5% per load (Basic), 7% (Standard), and 10% (Premium). The percentage covers everything in your plan — no hidden fees, no setup costs.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
You pay only after you get paid. Most drivers route their dispatch fee through their factoring company so it comes off automatically — no manual invoicing needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Never. No onboarding fee, no monthly minimum, no cancellation fee. You only pay the per-load percentage on loads we book for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. We work month-to-month with no long-term contracts. If we’re not earning our keep, you’re free to leave.
